Home is where the art is.
 
When early man looked at what he had after a hard days

hunting and gathering.- He saw he had food,

possibly a mate (or two), bits of sharpened stone and

bones, furry fashion.
 
But there was still something missing

and life seemed incomplete.

So after careful deliberation it was decided that

the cave walls needed some art.

TARGET FOR 2012 ......... £2012

In September Margie will be 65 and I will be 70 in June. We want to do something to mark the occasion. Having ruled out cycling to Paris, climbing K2 and rowing the Atlantic we settled on attempting to raise £2012 for a charity. I spend much of my time painting pictures. When they are finished I offer them for sale on various gallery websites. So throughout 2012 every time I sell a painting I will donate £10 of the proceeds to Marie Curie Cancer Care. Margie's parents both had cancer so it seems appropriate to choose a cancer charity to support.
